草海流域综合管理研究

Research on Integrated Management of Caohai Watershed

草海是一个典型的小流域,虽然其集水区域只有99km2,相对较小,但它却包含了流域具备的各种特征和基本要素,如城镇乡村、山坡坝地、溪流湖泊、珍稀动植物保护区、工农商等利益相关者。若把草海作为流域综合管理的研究点及行动示范点或试验区,面积不大,内容齐全,可操作性强,易见成效。草海在自然保护与社区发展方面已经积累了十多年的实践经验,是国内外自然保护与社区发展管理的典范。但是,单一地考虑一项或者几项因素并不能解决草海的保护问题,本文力图通过草海问题的综合分析,提出草海流域综合管理的策略。

Caohai is a typical small watershed, which is located in the northwest corner of Guizhou Province with area is 99 sq.km, although it is comparatively small, it comprises every basic factors of watershed which are the townships, villages, hills, basin, stream, natural reserve, and agriculture, industry and business sectors. It has a value to be a site for experiment or action research of integrated watershed management because of its small area, full component of watershed, easy undertaking and achieving it＇s objective. Caohai has the experiences of more than ten years On its environment protection and community development, it is the model of the community development both in domestic and abroad. However, only focus on one or several factors can not achieve the goal of Caohai protection, this thesis is trying to give the integrated strategy of management through the integrated analysis of Caohai problem.
