摘要
用微波消解仪消解、氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定蛇粉中的微量Hg,优化了仪器的工作条件。测定汞的检出限为0.7pg/mL。测定0.3及1ng/L Hg标准溶液,相对标准偏差分别为4.1%及0.9%,加标回收率为87%~110%。
A method for the determination of mercury trometry has been established. Analytical conditions, in snake powder by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence specincluding main lamp current, Cartier gas flow rate, Shield gas flow rate and delay/integration time were optimized. The detection limit of present method is 0.7 pg/mL mercury under optimized conditions. Relative standard deviations are 4.1% and 0.9% for 0.3 ng/mL and 1 ng/mL mercury standard solution, respectively. The recoveries for sample determination are between 87% and 110%.
