摘要
结合两次残疾人抽样调查数据,考察分析了上海市残疾人的就业状况,发现:残疾人就业存在着易受歧视、主要集中在简单生产和服务岗位而高层次和高技能岗位比重较低、失业率较高且城市高于农村,女性高于男性、岗位开发不足和就业机制不完善等问题。据此,从社会支持、岗位开发、职业培训以及法律制度保障等方面提出了相关对策建议。
Based on the data from 2 sample surveys on disabled persons in Shanghai, this article analyzed the employment of the population. It is found that the people are easily to face with occupational discrimination; they mainly have jobs in simple production and services; their unemployment rate is high with urban higher than rural and women higher than men; their job supply is deficient and employment mechanisms is imperfect, and so on. Accordingly, relevant proposals are put forward from such aspects as social support, job development, vocational training and legal system and security.
