江苏省残疾老年女性状况调查与救助机制研究

A Survey on Elderly Disabled Women in Jiangsu Province and Relief Mechanism

根据江苏省北部、中部和南部部分城乡抽样调查资料,对当前江苏省残疾老年女性的特征和生存状况进行了研究,发现残疾老年女性在婚姻、经济、社会保障等方面均处于十分不利的地位,面临一系列生存和发展问题。据此认为,在构建和谐社会中,江苏省应十分重视残疾老年女性困境的解除,加强立法、增加扶助、完善服务,以使其基本权益得到有效保障。

Based on sample data from surveys in South and Center Jiangsu, the paper analyses elder disabled women and their living condition. It is found that the group of people is inferior in marriage, economy and social security etc, facing a series of survival and development issues. Accordingly, in order to build a harmonious society, great importance should be attached to their relief from the difficulty, strengthening legislation, increasing support and improving the services to protect their basic rights and benefits effectively.
