不同流迁意愿下流动人口的居住问题与对策——基于对福建3市的调查

Housing Conditions of Floating Population with Different Migrating Intention ——Evidences from Three Cities in Fujian Province

基于对福建省福州、厦门、泉州3市所做的问卷调查,探讨了不同流迁意愿下城镇流动人口的住房现状。调查表明,与当地居民相比,流动人口的住房选择方式有限、居住条件较差;与流动人口群体内部分化为几个具有不同流迁意愿的亚群体的事实一致,不同流迁意愿流动人口的住房条件、住房需求以及今后在住房上的打算也都存在着差异。在此基础上,针对上述问题提出相应的政策建议。

This paper, taking evidences from a questionnaire in Fujian Province analyses the housing conditions of floating result shows that compared with the local urban residents, more limited housing option; as there are different colonies survey in 3 cities （Fuzhou, Xiamen and Quanzhou） population with of different migrating intention. The the population＇s housing conditions are poorer with in the group with different floating intention, their housing conditions, their demand for and future plan on housing are also different. Based on the above analysis, the paper proposes some suggestions on the policy making to cater for the floating population＇s needs.
