当前高校心理咨询的困境与对策——基于大学生求助状况的调查分析

The Embarrassment of Psychology Consultation in Colleges and the Countermeasures——Based on the Diagnoses of College Students'Help-Seeking

通过对南京某高校大学生心理求助状况的调查发现,多数大学生在遇到心理健康问题时并不积极求助于学校心理咨询机构,这使得高校心理咨询陷入一种利用率低、资源相对闲置的尴尬困境。其背后的原因既有来自大学生的心理因素,也有机构和服务者方面的因素。针对这些问题,提出了促进高校心理咨询进一步发展的对策建议。

In an investigation on college students＇ seeking for psychological help, it is found that the majority of the students facing with mental problems do not actively ask for help from the school counseling agencies, which brings the agencies into an embarrassment that their counseling resources are relatively idle because of the low rate of utilization. The cause of the problem is on one hand due to the students＇ psychology, on the other hand due to the institutions and services. In light of these problems, the paper puts forward suggestions on its improvement.
