摘要
在对创新人才的内涵及其基本特征理解把握的基础上,分析了高校思想政治教育工作对创新型人才培养的作用,认为高校思想政治教育工作是创新型人才发展的基础和保证,并就如何增强其在创新型人才培养过程中的实效性提出对策。
By addressing the contents and basic characteristics of creative talents, political and ideological education in universities is to exert on the making of the the paper analyses the effect talents, considering the education as the basis and guarantee for the production. It finally presents with suggestions on the actual effect in the course of fostering creative talents.
