摘要首先说明了知识粘性的含义及其目前研究现状;然后分析了知识转移过程中知识粘性的形成机理,并详细分析了其产生的主要原因;最后从知识治理的视角,探讨了解决知识粘性的治理措施。 Firstly, the meaning of knowledge stickiness and its research status is described. Secondly, the mechanism and reason of knowledge stickiness formation during the process of knowledge transfer is analyzed. Finally, from the viewpoint of knowledge governance, the article discusses the countermeasures for solving knowledge stickiness.
