企业反竞争情报活动中的知识流动模型研究

Research on the Knowledge Flow Model in Enterprise Defense Competitive Intelligence Activities

本文通过分析反竞争情报单元模型,提出知识在企业中的流动情况,并从理想状态下的知识流动模型入手,加入反竞争情报手段,构建出企业的知识流动期望模型,即反竞争情报控制知识流分支的最终目的,最后在此基础上提出反竞争情报措施。

By analyzing the unit model of defense competitive intelligence, this paper gives a description of the knowledge flow in enterprises. Starting from the knowledge flow model under the ideal conditions, it constructs an expected enterprise knowledge flow model by adding defense competitive intelligence method, the ultimate goal of controlling the knowledge flow branch by defense competitive intelligence. Finally, the paper puts forward some defense competitive intelligence measures.
