摘要
建设创新型国家需要创新型人才,应用创新型人才培养体系是培养创新型人才的重要体系之一,从构建应用创新型人才培养体系的必要性、应用创新型人才的基本特征、如何构建应用创新型人才培养体系及实践经验三个方面进行论述,既有理论探讨又有实践经验的总结,对创新型人才培养有借鉴意义。
It needs innovative talents to build the innovative country, the training system of the applied innovative talent to be one of the important systems which trains innovative talents, the article discussed the necessity of the construction of the innovative talent training system, the essential feature of applied innovative talent and how to construct the applied the innovative talent training system and the practical experience, this has summed up the theory of probing into and the practical experience, the study can be used for reference to the innovative talent training.
