独立学院应用型人才培养模式的探讨

Discuss of the Cultivation Mode of Applied Talents in Independent Institute

独立学院是指按照新的机制和模式举办的本科层次的二级学院。随着独立学院的快速发展,人才培养模式的探索愈显重要。本文从培养模式定位、培养模式特点、培养方案、教学改革等方面入手,结合工作实践提出独立学院应用型人才培养模式。

The Independent Institute lies in the second rank of the undergraduate education, and which is held according to the new cultivation mechanism and mode. With the rapid development of the Independent Institute, the research on the mode of talent-cultivation plays a more and more important role. And from the several aspects as the followings： the orientation and characters of the cultivation mode, the program of cultivation and the teaching reform, and with the practical experiences.
