摘要
目的吡罗昔康乳膏的研制及稳定性研究。方法采用正交设计法对处方基质进行优选并进行稳定性考察。结果得到最优基质配比:十二烷基硫酸钠为5%、硬脂酸为10%、吐温-80为4%、三乙醇胺为1%。结论吡罗昔康乳膏性质稳定,达到了质量标准的要求。
OBJECTIVE To study the preparation and stability of piroxicam cream.METHODS By the means of orthogonal design to optimize the prescription maxtrix and investigate the stability. RESULTS The optimum maxtrix proportion was obtainted as follows： sodium dodecyl sulfate（SDS）5 %, stearic acid 10 %, tween-80 4 %, triethanolamine 1%. CONCLUSION The property of piroxicam cream was stable and reached the standard of the quality requirements.
