HPLC法测定小儿咽扁颗粒中绿原酸的含量

Determination of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoeryanbian granule

目的建立小儿咽扁颗粒中绿原酸的定量方法。方法高效液相色谱法。色谱柱Shim-pack VP-ODS C18(250mm×4.6mm;5μm);流动相乙腈-0.4%磷酸(8∶92);检测波长327nm。结果绿原酸的线性范围为0.201μg^1.005μg(r=0.9999,n=5),平均加样回收率为97.18%,RSD=0.79%。结论本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于小儿咽扁颗粒的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE An assay method was developed for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Xiao- eryanbian granule by HPLC. METHODS The analysis was performed on Shim-pack VP-ODS Cl8 （250mm × 4.6mm, Stem） column. Mobile phase： acetonitrile-0.4% phosphoric acid （8 ： 92）; Detector wavelength： 327nm. RESULTS The linear range was 0.201μg-- 1.005μg;relevant coefficient r=0.9999（n= 5）;The average recovery was 97.18 %, RSD = 0.79 %. CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of Xiaoeryanbian granule.
