摘要
黄河上游龙、刘、盐、八、青梯级电站总装机容量324.4万kW,占西北电网总装机的30%左右,是西北的骨干电源。但在每年11月至次年3月份黄河宁、蒙河段防凌期间,由于刘家峡水库出库流量受到严格限制,使该梯级电站发电量大幅度降低,而本段时间正是西北电网用电高峰期,因此供需矛盾加剧。缓解这一矛盾的一个可行办法就是本时段初刘家峡水库预留一定库容,以利龙羊峡水库在防凌时段内加大出库流量,增发电量。
The Longyangxia,Liujiaxia,Yanguoxia,Bapanxia and Qingtongxia hydro stations in the upstream of Yellow River have the total installed capacity of 3 244 million kW,accounting for about 30% of the total installed capacity of Northwest Power Network,so they are the backbone power sources in the network.But during the ice prevention period from November to next March in the Ning Meng reach of Yellow River,because the releasing discharge from Liujiaxia Reservoir is controlled strictly,energy output from Liujiaxia,Yanguoxia,Bapanxia and Qingtongxia hydro stations greatly decreases.And it is the peak of power consumption in the Northwest Power Network at that time so that the contradiction of power demand and supply is increasing.A feasible way of alleviating this contradiction is to enable the Liujiaxia reservoir to keep a certain storage in advance when that period is coming.In this way,the Longyangxia reservoir can increase its releasing discharge within ice prevention period so that the power generation can be increased.
