企业技术能力的要素与评价的实证研究

An Empirical Research on the Constituents and Evaluations of Technological Capability in Enterprise

从微观层面研究企业技术能力的构成要素和联结机制,构建了企业技术能力的"三要素一机制"模型,并对该模型各要素的作用过程进行了分析.以该理论模型为基础,通过对制造型企业的问卷调查,得出了企业技术能力的评价指标体系.简单分析了本文结论在企业技术管理实践中的指导作用.

Under the micro-perspective, it studies the constituents and linkage mechanisms of the enterprise technological capability. After the constituents are defined and the action process of linkage mechanisms are analyzed, a model, named ＂three constituents and one mechanism＂ are built. Based on the model, the evaluation system for enterprise technological capability is established by investigating many manufacturing enterprises in questionnaires. Finally the effect and guiding significance of the results are simply analyzed in practice of enterprise technology management.
