An End-users' Acceptance Model of ERP System Implementation and Empirical Investigation

针对ERP系统实施的特点,在前人研究的基础上,综合已有用户技术接受相关理论,构建了ERP系统实施的用户接受模型.通过对国内某大型制造企业ERP系统的实证调研验证了模型和假设,并根据模型结论提出了改进国内企业ERP系统实施用户接受程度的相关建议.

To examine factors leading to the lack of end-user acceptance of ERP systems, it focuses on the characteristics of ERP implementation and reviewed the literature on user adoption theory of IT and developed a model to explain ERP user acceptance. The research model was tested through a survey of end-users＇ perceptions concerning adopting and using an implemented ERP system in a large manufacturing company in Shanghai, China. The findings support our hypotheses and provide managerial implications for organizations which are striving to engender user acceptance of ERP systems implementation.
