国内技术联盟研究新进展

Recent Researches on Technology Alliances in China

国内对技术联盟的早期研究主要涉及联盟成因、福利分析、伙伴选择、构建模式、运作机制等,以介绍性和描述性研究为主.从2005年开始,我国学者开始大量关注联盟稳定性、控制风险、绩效评价、信任机制以及国外先进经验介绍等,开始采用定量分析和案例分析方法.然而,技术联盟本质上是一种知识联盟,因此从知识视角研究技术联盟的文献将会日益增多.其中,知识差异、文化差异及地理距离对技术联盟内知识转移的影响、技术联盟中的知识网络、有关技术联盟的科技政策等问题是有价值的研究主题.

The early domestic rescarches on technology alliances mainly focused on cause analysis, welfare analysis, partner selection, construction models and operational mechanism. Most of them were introductive and descriptive. Since 2005, Chinese scholars began to pay great attention to the steadiness of alliance, risk control, performance evaluation, trust mechanism and introduction of foreign successful practices, and the quantitative analysis and case studies were adopted. Actually, technology alliances are based on knowledge. Therefore, the study from the perspective of knowledge management has been increasingly developed. The influence of knowledge differences, organizational cultures and geographical distances on knowledge transfer, knowledge networks in technology alliances, and public policy related to technology alliances are valuable topics for research.
