摘要
使用2002—2007年在中国从事创业投资机构的季度募资数据,研究了创业投资行业募资水平的影响因素.研究结果表明,中国创业投资市场的募资水平与美国资本市场状况以及中美宏观经济状况密切相关.具体来说,美国股票市场IPO规模越大、美国股票市场市值越高、中美GDP规模越大、中国GDP增长率越高,则中国创业投资市场的募资数额越大.进而提出了相关的政策建议.
Using the sample of seasonal venture capital fundraising data of in China between 2002 and 2007, it analyzes the factors influencing VC fundraising in China. It discovered close relation among American capital market status, the development of macro economy of China and American influence VC fundraising in China. That is, if the IPO size of American stock market is bigger, the American stock market value is larger, the GDP of China or America is bigger, and the GDP growth rate of China is higher, then the size of VC fundraising in China is larger. Furthermore some political suggestions are put foreward.
