创新体制下高校科研趋于多元化,承担国防项目和重大项目的机会逐渐增多,高校为此引入了源于企业的质量管理体系.高校能否适应、如何适应质量管理体系这一新生事物值得分析和研究.高校应通过有效途径增强对质量体系的适应性,促进科研质量和管理水平的提高.

Scientific research in universities and colleges has become multi-dimensional activity under the innovation system, and meanwhile, opportunities of undertaking defense projects and major projects are gradually increased. Thus, universities and colleges introduce quality management system that stemed from enterprise management. Therefore, whether this newly-emerging quality management system can be applied to universities and how it is applied are worth to analyze and study. The effective ways should be adopted to enhance the quality system＇s applicability in universities and colleges, in order to improve research quality and management level.
