农业大学自主创新能力建设实证研究——以华中农业大学的发展实践为例

Empirical Study on Construction of Self-innovative Capability in Agricultural University——Case Study on the Practice of Huazhong Agricultural University

近60所农业大学是我国大学体系和国家科技创新体系中的一个重要类群.对华中农业大学近20年来自主创新能力建设实践进行了实证研究,指出潜心培植优势研究方向,着力进行科技人才队伍建设,及时组建和运行科研基地,广泛和深入开展国内外学术交流与合作,与科技事业同步发展进行校内相关政策制度改革,踊跃承担科技任务并努力提升科技产出等6个方面是农业大学进行自主创新能力建设的主要内容.建议农业大学在进行自主创新能力建设时,应特别注重拓展和培植新的研究方向、丰富我国农业研究体系,农业科技人才队伍建设的"五湖四海"和校内相关管理体制和运行机制创新三个方面的工作.

Nearly 60 agricultural universities are belonging to the an important group in Chinese university system and national science and technology innovation management system. It makes an empirical study on constructing self-innovative eapability based on the data from Huazhong Agricultural University for nearly 20 years, and then points out the primary content for constructing self-innovation ability of agricultural university with six aspects, including implantation of preponderant research direction with great concentration, construction of agricultural science and technology personnel, building and running of scientific research base in time, developing of domestic and overseas science intercommunication and cooperation widely and deeply, progness of correlative policy and system innovation with the same developing pace of science and technology enterprise, taking on science and technology mission eagerly and making great efforts in upgrading science and technology output. It suggests that agricultural universities should especially pay attention to develop and cultivate new research direction, enrich national agricultural research system, construct agricultural science and technology personnel by ＂all comers of the land＂, innovate on correlative management system and circulation mechanism in university for the future.
