摘要
以MG710-WD型采煤机摇臂为研究对象,在两种工况条件下,用ANSYS软件对摇臂危险截面进行有限元分析,得到等效应力分布情况及疲劳寿命,为摇臂的结构优化提供理论参考。
Dangerous cross-section of shearer ranging arm is attained through theoretical analysis. The mechanical finite element analysis of MG710-WD shearer is studied by ANSYS software under two conditions, and the distribution of equivalent stress and fatigue life are attained. The study provides theoretical references for structural optimization of ranging arm.
