摘要
连续采煤机的切屑图反映截齿截割参数和截槽断面形状的相互关系。建立切屑断面形状的数学模型,设计切屑图可视化设计软件,模拟得到不同工况下的切屑图,为连续采煤机截割机构的计算机辅助设计提供依据。
The relationship between cut parameters and cut section of bits on continuous miner may be indicated by the cutting drawing. By constructing the mathematic model of cutting section and designing the software for visual cutting drawing simulated different working conditions and gained corresponding cutting drawings. It layes the foundation for CAD of cutting mechanism on continuous miner.
