摘要
针对电机故障原因的复杂性,提出了基于灰理论的电机状态故障预测方法。给出了GM(1,1)的灰建模过程,较好解决了电机状态预测和故障模式识别的问题。以实例检验结果表明,该预测模型计算简便,结果可靠。
A predicting method of motor fault is put forward based on grey theory aiming at the complexity of motor fault cause, properly solves the problem of the motor state forecast and the fault pattern recognition. The practical test shows that of the forecast model is possessed of simple calculation and reliable.
