摘要
介绍了辽宁地震应急指挥系统的设计与实施过程。从辽宁地震应急工作需求出发,以地震应急基础数据资料和网络、软件编程、数据库等技术为基础,建立了一套软硬件相结合的地震应急数据服务系统,使应急指挥信息交流更直观、更快捷,提高了应急指挥的工作效率。
This paper described the process of design and implement for the Liaoning Earthquake Emergency Commanding System. From the requirement of earthquake emergency in Liaoning, the project has established a set of earthquakes emergency data service system combining hardware and software. It based on the basic date of the earthquake emergency, networks, software programming, databases and other technology. The system made the emergency command and exchange of information more visual and faster, greatly improving the efficiency of emergency command.
