广州地铁TOD战略研究

A Study of the Strategy of Metro Transit-Oriented Development in Guangzhou

通过对广州城市交通现状尤其是结合对地铁交通的土地利用与居民出行情况进行调查,指出地铁实施TOD战略具有诱导城市空间结构重组、加快城区更新与土地置换的步伐、推进对地下空间开发、吸引居民出行等作用。同时发现广州地铁尚存在如下问题:地铁与常规公交衔接不畅;地铁沿线预留地太少,地下空间没有有效利用;地铁票价过高,通勤出行率低;线路规划缺乏全面考虑,站点布置不合理,换乘繁琐。据此提出规划建设地铁环线的设想与具体措施,希望能为未来广州地铁TOD的顺利实施提供借鉴与参考。

Investigation of land utilization along the Metro and the trips of inhabitants with MRT in Guangzhou is conducted in the paper. It is considered that Metro transit-oriented development would have the following effects： inducing the recomposition of urban spatial structure, quickening the step of urban renewal and land use transposition, advancing the exploitation of urban underground space, and attracting the trips of inhabitants. At present, MRT development in Guangzhou has some problems： the MRT has not smooth link with the general public traffic; there is little preparative land for other use along the MRT lines, the underground space has not been used availably; the MRT fares are too high-priced for general citizens; the ratio of commercial trip is low; the planning of Metro lines is imperfect; the distribution of Metro stations is not reasonable and not convenient for passengers to transfer. In the paper an idea about planning and constructing a circle MRT line are brought forward, and some measures concerned are suggested.
