摘要
在对测定沉积物中生物硅常用的连续提取法的条件进行详细的摸索,保证数据的可靠性(在特定的离心条件下,多次测定结果表明:试验组数据的标准偏差为0.029和0.036,相对标准偏差为2.41%和3.03%,方法的精密度较高)的基础上,对现场采集的东海近岸沉积物中生物硅的含量进行了测定,结果表明:2005年东海近岸表层沉积物中生物硅的含量呈现近岸低、远岸略高的趋势,东海沉积物中生物硅含量在0.7%~1.6%之间,与表层水体叶绿素的含量呈现正相关关系。其在柱状样中的垂直变化呈现先增加后降低的趋势,与该海域水体的浮游植物历史变化有一定的关系。
The condition of determining biogenic silica was improved in operational details in this study. The precision of this method is high. The results of two experimental groups show that: the standard deviations are 0.029 and 0.036, and relative standard deviations are 2.41% and 3,03%, which insure the data credible. When the samples of sediment of the East China Sea were analyzed, the content of the biogenic silica ranged from 0.7% to 1.6%, and the vertical distribution of biogenic silica can reflect the historical occurrence in this area. And the content of biogenic silica has positive relationship with the content of chlorophyll.
