特厚煤层大断面切眼锚索支护的作用 被引量:53

摘要 以酸刺沟煤矿6-1号煤层为例,采用物理模拟试验和数值计算的方法对不同埋深条件下仅锚杆支护和锚杆-锚索支护大断面开切[围岩破坏]化特征及锚固效果进行了研究.模拟结果表明:仅锚杆支护开切眼两顶角处产生44.5~49.0°的斜向破裂,顶板呈层状垮落下沉,顶板上方164 mm处形成拱顶;锚杆-锚索支护开切眼两顶角处产生73.0~82.5°的斜向破裂,顶板呈半椭球状垮落下沉,拱顶位于顶板上方280 mm处,拱内顶板仍保持良好的完整性;随着围岩应力的增大(埋深增加),锚索对围岩的控制效果越明显. Taking Suancigou Mine No. 6 - 1 coal seam as an example, physical simulation experiment and numerical simulation was carried out to analyze deformation development law of surrounding rocks and anchoring effect of large section cut for different mining depth and bolts supporting or bolts and cable bolts supporting. The results of physical simulation show that the cracks angle of 44.5 - 49.0° appears on cut top comer, roof shows layer caving subsidence and the height of caving arch is 164 mm when bolts supporting; the cracks angle of 73.0 - 82.5° appears on cut top comer, roof shows half-ellipsoid caving subsidence, the height of caving arch is 280 mm and roof retain integrality on interior arch when bolts and cable bolts supporting; with increment of simulation mining depth, anchoring effect of cable bolts in support system emerges gradually. It has a dominant effect on stability of surrounding rock of cut.
