摘要
建立了浮选柱内部流动的两相流流动方程,给出了方程中各未知变量的具体算法.对Microcel浮选柱进行了两相流数值模拟,得出不同条件下该浮选柱内部速度场的分布,并与实测速度值进行了比较和分析.研究结果表明,入料、尾矿口的布置对浮选柱内部流场有重要影响,浮选柱内部流动稳定性可以用k值评定.
Flow equation of two phase flow of interior flotation column was established and specific algorithms of unknown variables in equation were given. The distribution of interior velocity field distribution under various conditions was obtained through two phase flow numerical simulation of Microcel flotation column. Studies show the significant influence on flotation column＇ s interior flow field by layout of entrance and tailing port. The interior flow stability of flotation column can be evaluated by k value.
