潞安贫煤作喷吹煤的特征分析

The feature analysis of Lu'an meager coal as pulverized coal injection

从煤质特征、工艺性能以及应用实践等方面分析了潞安贫煤作喷吹煤的特征,结果表明:潞安贫煤具有低灰、低硫、低磷、固定炭含量高等煤质特征,具有可磨性好、燃烧性好、输送性能好、爆炸性极弱等工艺性能特性,而且与无烟煤混配后大大地改善无烟煤的燃烧性,是高炉喷吹煤的优选煤种.试验和应用实践表明:潞安煤喷吹可以获得较高的煤焦置换比,同时能提高喷煤比和喷煤量;使用潞安煤能明显地提高磨煤机出率,降低能耗.

From the several aspects such as coal properties, technologic characteristics and practical application, the features of Lu＇an meager coal as pulverized coal injection （PCI） were analyzed. The results show that Lu＇an meager coal has basic good properties such as low-ash, low-sulfur, low-phosphorus and high fixed carbon content; and has many technologic characteristics such as high-grindibility, high-combustibility, good injection fluidity, weak-explosivity, etc; and it can improve other anthracites combustibility when it blends with other anthracites. So it is a priority coal resource as raw material of PCI. The experiment and application results show that injecting Lu＇ an coal can gain higher replacement ratio of coke to coal ; improve ratio of injection coal ; increase the amount of injection coal; improve capacity of grinding machine; reduce energy consumption.
