摘要
对蛹虫草菌丝体胞内多糖提取条件进行了研究,首先通过单因素实验选取实验因素与水平,在单因素实验的基础上研究了温度、时间、水料比对多糖提取率的影响,其中温度影响较大,同时对3个因素进行合理优化,找出最优提取条件,并进行验证,以便提高多糖提取率。结果表明:在热水提取温度为74℃,提取时间为2.2 h,水料比是30:1(mL:g)的情况下,得到最大提取率5.49%。
The research on extraction conditions of Cordyceps Militaris mycelium polysaccharides and significance of different single factors-time ,temperature and the ratio of water to sample-which affect the extraction rate of polysaccharides has been done by one-factor tests and Response Surface Methodology. The optimum extraction conditions confirmed by the regression analysis were as follows: time 2.2 h, temperature74 ℃, the ratio of water to sample30:1 (mL:g) the extraction rate of polysaccharides under this condition could reach the hightest value of 5.49 %.
