摘要
用正交试验优化沙棘叶总黄酮的提取工艺,结果表明:醇提法的最佳工艺为:提取温度70℃,乙醇浓度50%,两次提取时间分别为2 h,1.5 h;水提法的最佳工艺:提取温度为回流,两次提取时间分别为2 h,1.5 h,用水量100 mL,80 mL。乙醇提取法沙棘叶总黄酮的提取率为1.258 2%,水提法为0.927 8%。
Ethanol and water extraction technology about total flavones of Hippophe rhamnoids Linn (TFH) in leaves was screened by orthogonal experiment. The best ethanol extraction technology was determined as follows: at 70 ℃ for 2 h,1.5 h with 50 % ethanol in two ethanol extraction process. The best water extraction technology was determined as follows: circling extraction for 2 h, 1.5 h with volume of water 100 mL, 80 mL in two water extrac- tion.The extraction yield of TFH is 1.258 2 % by ethanol extraction and 0.927 8 % by water extraction.
