摘要
蜂王浆被认定为可供人类服用的纯天然胎儿级食品,对人类有极强的营养保健功能和医疗作用。综述了机体衰老的原因、蜂王浆清除自由基的机理、蜂王浆抗氧化的研究,同时对蜂王浆的深加工及产业化发展前景进行了讨论。
Royal jelly is pure natural foods that can be used to fetus, and to have a strong nutrition and health functions for human. This paper reviews the reasons of the aging body, the royal jelly scavenging free radical mechanism, royal jelly antioxidant research, and discuss the deep processing and industrial prospects.
