摘要
分析了芦笋的营养成分和功能成分,综述了芦笋的多种保健功能,介绍了芦笋罐头、芦笋(干)粉、芦笋酒、芦笋醋、芦笋茶、芦笋饮料等多种保健食品,指出了研究和开发芦笋系列保健食品,具有广阔市场前景。
The paper has introduced the nutrition ingredient and utilization of Asparagus. And has summed up the Asparagus＇ muti-heahh function and many kinds of health food, such as：the Asparagus can, Asparagus solid powder, Asparagus drink, Asparagus vinegar, Asparagus tea, Asparagus beverage and so on. We conclude that researching and exploiting the Asparagus health food has wide development foreground.
