摘要
目的:建立内蒙古地区正常牙合汉族成人X线头影测量McNamara分析法的测量值均值,为正畸和外科正颌的临床诊断、治疗评估提供参照。方法:对内蒙古医学院学生进行普查,从中随机选取汉族正常牙合成年人100名,男女各50名,在内蒙古医学院附属医院口腔科对选取的每个样本拍摄X线头颅侧位片,然后对所得的X线头颅侧位片在硫酸纸上进行定点、描图,然后完成标志点的测量。结果:100名汉族正常牙合成人McNamara分析法测量值在有效上颌长度、有效下颌长度、下前面高存在性别差异;与上海地区相比较在某些项目上存在差异。结论:内蒙古地区成人正常牙合McNamara分析法的测量值均值存在性别及地区差异。
Objective： To obtain the refered value of McNamara cephalometric analysis in inner Mongolian adults with normal occlusion. Methods ：100 Hans adults（50 males and 50 females） in Inner Mongolia with normal occlusion were chosen. Lateral cephalograms of the subject are taken respectively with a roentgenographic cephalometer. McNarnara analysis was conducted on basis of the lateral cepha- lograms. Results：There was difference in some values of McNarnara analysis between male and female of Hans adults in Inner Mongolia. The comparative results between Inner Mongolian Hans and Shang- hai adults were different in some items. Conclusion： There was sexual, regional difference of McNamara analysis in adults with normal occlusion.
