原油降解工程菌的构建及其降解性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过电转化的方法将含有原油降解功能基因Lys的质粒PKsphi1-2通过电击导入宿主菌S25A1的感受态中,构建出一株具有原油降解功能的基因工程菌PKS25A1。通过原油降解试验,对其原油降解功能进行鉴定。
