浅谈地下水取水工程建设市场准入管理研究

The great area of groundwater has been over - exploited, the descending funnel is continually ex- panded,the water pump of more wells lost their function, the wells is drying up. The ground level is subsiding and is invaded by the sea water. The above matter is due to unreasonable exploitation and utilization of groundw- ater resources. The other reason is because of unserious management, unchecked exploitation, a large quantity of construction teams come into the construction market which the unfair competition and etc happens, all ques- tion can show that there are many issues in system, supervision, management and technology, which can impels us manage the market well and make sustainable utilization of groundwater. The ready market admittance system of the transportation, building railway works should be used for us reference, we should do sufficient investiga- tion about research on groundwater works construction market admittance system, make acknowledge of the pres- ent situation and the existed question, combine with management and protection of groundwater resources, study and make out the admittance system and management mode reaching to scientific and reasonable plan, investigation, exploitation and utilization of groundwater resources.
