论词曲体译法的适用性

On the feasibility of"Song Poetry & Yuan Qu Style"in E-C poetry translation

英诗风格的多样性、读者的多层次性和审美标准的多元化意味着任何一种体式都不可能包打天下。因此,在白话体译诗的一统天下里,词曲体也应有一席之地。基于这种思想,通过英汉抒情诗对比分析。指出了白话体译法的局限性、词曲体译法的适用范围和应注意的几个问题。

The fact that English poetry varies in styles ,it＇s readers are multi-faceted and aesthetic standards of English poetry diversify, makes it inappropriate to translate all poems into one form in Chinese. Therefore, there should be one standpoint for Song Poetry and Yuan Qu form besides the common practice of translating English poetry into the vernacular Chinese rhymed poetry. Based on this thought, the author of this paper, through comparative analysis of English lyrics, points out the limits of the translation of vernacular Chinese ,the conditions under which Song Poetry and Yuan Qu version should be applied and several problems that deserve our attention.
