摘要
对船用锅炉系统的控制,特别是对油轮所使用的锅炉系统的控制,一直是船舶轮机技术和自动化技术的一个重要课题.文中以西门子公司S7-200可编程控制器(PLC)为控制核心,用可编程控制器取代传统的继电接触器控制,有效提升了辅锅炉自动控制系统的可靠性、功能的完善性和可维护性.
The control on the marine boiler system, particularly on the boiler system of the tank ship, has always been an important problem for marine engine technology and automatic technology. This paper took S1- MENS S7-200 PLC as the control core to substitute the PLC for traditional relay contactor control so as to improve the reliabilty, the integrality of function and the maintainability effitcieney for the automatic control system of the auxiliary boiler.
