摘要
通过对青海电网2010年典型运行方式下系统安全稳定性能的计算分析,着重研究青海主网与西部电网主要断面的输送能力和制约青海西部电网受电能力的因素,对如何提高青海西部电网输送能力的方案和措施进行探讨。提出在青海西部电网局部加装串联补偿装置,辅以低压电容补偿容量的增加和负荷侧功率因数的提高,将有效提高青海西部电网的输送能力。
Through calculating and analyzing of system safe operation stability under the typical operating mode of Qinghai power grid in 2010, the paper studies the cross - section transmission capability of main grid and west areas'grid of Qinghai province, and the factors that restricted the loaded performance of west areas power grid of Qinghai province, as well as makes a probe on how to improve the transmission capability of west areas power grid of Qinghai province. Besides the paper proposes the method of installing series compensating devices and increasing the compensating capacity of low voltage capacitance and improving the power factor of load side, in order to enhance the transmission capability of west areas'power grid of Qinghai province.
