摘要
火力发电厂中磨煤机是重要的辅机之一,其电耗、钢耗及工作出力大小是发电厂节能降耗的一个重要因素。文章以桥头铝电发电分公司1#炉为例,介绍磨煤机料位监控技术和TCS-200监控装置的工作原理、调试过程以及该技术运用后的效果。
The mill of thermal power plant is one of important auxiliaries of boiler, the electricity consumption, steel consumption and work output＇ s size is an important factor of energy saving and loss reducing for power plant. Taking 1^# boiler of Qiaotou aluminum electrolysis company power branch for example, the paper introduces the work principle, installation and adjustment of material level monitoring technology of ball mill and TCS- 200 monitoring device, including the effect of using the technology.
