摘要
盐锅峡水电站于2001-2004年对4台机组进行增容改造工作。在保持机组蜗壳、尾水管、引水管等几何尺寸不变以及保持接力器、导水机构、调速器等部件不变的情况下,通过将原HL240-LH-410碳钢转轮改造为优化设计后的HLD303C-LH-424.7新型不锈钢转轮,使单机容量由44MW增至50MW,但增容后2台5^#、9^#机组相继出现在额定操作油压下负荷摆动或导水叶拒动现象,文章就此问题进行了分析。
The capacity increasing of Yanguoxia hydropower plant's 4 sets of unit has been accomplished from 2001 to 2004, under the situation of keeping the geometrical size of spiral cases, draft tubes and diversion pipes as well as the component of servomoter, distributor and speed governor, and through reforming the original HI2240 - LH - 410 carbon steel runner into the optimized HLD303C - LH - 424.7 stainless steel runner, thus made the capacity increase from 44 MW to 50 MW, however two sets of 5^# ,9^# units has been successively occurred load twitch under rated operating oil pressure or blade failure phenomenon, the paper makes an analysis on above - mentioned problean.
