摘要
根据价值链理论,通过建立顾客价值层次模型,采用改进的模糊层次分析法,得到林业企业价值链作业活动的顾客价值贡献度,从而确定林业企业价值链上的优势环节,实现林业企业核心竞争力的识别;对于林业企业核心竞争力培育和提升,提出外包、流程重组、加强战略联盟等策略。
On the basis of value chain, the hierarchy structure of customer value and improved fuzzy analytical hierarchy process are used to identify the contribution to customer value of every activity in the value chain of forestry enterprise. Accordingly, the core competence in forestry enterprise is identiffed. For the continual development of core competence, strategies such as outsourcing, business process restructuring and alliance with upstream and down stream enterprises are put forward.
