摘要
采用氧化一还原焙烧工艺流程综合处理二次硫铁尾矿,考察了气体流速、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等因素对脱硫、脱砷效果以及烧渣中铁品位的影响。结果表明,采用两段氧化焙烧法分别进行脱硫、脱砷,在氧化焙烧温度为600—750℃时,处理后的氧化焙烧渣中铁的品位达到64%,然后在1100℃进行还原焙烧,可有效回收有价金属Sb、Pb、In及Zn等,且最后烧渣中铁的品位达到66%以上,可以作为优良的炼铁原料。
Comprehensive treatment of the secondary pyrite railings was realized by using a oxidizing-reducing roasting technological flowsheet. The effects of some factors, such as the gas velocity, the temperature and time of roasting on results of sulphur-removal and arsenic-removal were examined. The results showed that the two-stage oxidizing roasting technology is suitable for eliminating S and As. When the temperature of the oxidizing roasting reaches 600 - 750℃ , the grade of Fe reaches more than 64% after treatment. Then, under the temperature of 1100℃, by means of reducing roasting to recover several valuable metals, such as Sb, Pb, In and Zn. In the end, the grade of Fe reaches more than 66% in the cinder,which can be used as a fine iron-making raw material.
