摘要
本研究在于使用AIMMS发展一个决策支持系统,以帮助班轮航运公司解决港口选择问题的决策。AIMMS是一种最优化系统发展工具,同时,在港口选择的各种应用方法中,采用了层次分析法内置于AIMMS中。层次分析法是多目标多准则的衡量方法。它解决了如何建构复杂的决策问题,确定问题的各个标准,并衡量各个标准间的相互联系,最终整合所有的信息来确定各个衡量标准的优先权——即参数选择。层次分析法和AIMMS的整合能帮助港口的管理人员进一步理解港口用户所认为的重要的港口服务特性。文章提出了该决策支持系统的模型框架和港口选择的运行步骤,并通过3个案例进行了具体的功能解释。
The paper aims to propose a decision support system using AIMMS, an optimisation system development tool, for liner shipping companies to address the port selection problem utilizing multi-criteria analysis. Among the various methods for, AHP is used in our current study. AHP is a multi-objective, multi-criteria theory of measurement. It addresses the issue of how to structure a complex decision problem, identify its criteria, measure the interaction among them and finally synthesise all the information to arrive at priorities, which depict preferences. AHP is able to assist port managers in obtaining a detailed understanding of the criteria that users deem important in port selection decisions and the strength of their preferences. The paper presents the architecture and the port selection procedure of the DSS,and then illustrates three different cases.
