基于GIS的城市建设用地生态适宜性评价——以福建省连城县为例

ECOLOGICAL SUITABILITY ASSESSMENT OF URBAN CONSTRUCTION LAND USE BASED ON GIS——THE CASE STUDY OF LIANCHENG COUNTY OF FUJIAN PROVINCE

在我国快速城市化进程中,城市建设用地盲目扩张,不仅造成土地资源的浪费,而且造成城市生态环境的破坏.本文以GIS为技术支撑,采用"取大值"原则与"成对明智比较法"加权进行因子叠加分析,对连城县进行了城市建设用地生态适宜性评价研究.以"生态优先"为原则,按照先安排非建设用地,再安排建设用地的顺序,分析确定其用地的建设适宜性等级,对研究区划分"4区".依据评价结果,提出了城市用地向中心城区西部扩展的建议.

In the rapid urbanization process of our country, the blind expansions of urban construction land use not only waste the land resources, but also damage the ecological environment of cities. Applying the factors - overlay analysis with the principle of ＂taking the most value＂ and the method weighted with ＂pair - wise comparisons＂, this paper makes the ecological suitability assessment of the urban construction land use based on GIS. With the ＂Eco - priority＂ principle, the construction suitability of land use was made in accordance with the order which arranges for the non - constructing land first, then arranges for the constructing land and the study area was divided into ＂four districts＂. According to the evaluation results, we finally suggest that the urban land should expand to the west of the centre urban area.
