经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生的护理

Nursing Care for Patients with Treatment of Plasma Bipolar Transurethral Resection for Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia

目的观察经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)的护理效果。方法回顾性分析了56例BPH患者采用经尿道等离子双极电切术的临床资料。结果56例患者手术时间为(46±18)min,出血量为(45±20)ml,住院平均时间为(6±2)d,且无一例发生并发症,术后随访无尿失禁。结论经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生症,和传统治疗方法相比,具有创伤小、出血少、手术及住院时间短、并发症发生率低等特点,治疗效果良好。

Objective To observe the therapeutically effect of nursing care for patients with treat-ment of plasma bipolar transurethral electronical resection（PBTER） for benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. Methods Clinical data of 56 patients with BPH and underwent PBTER treatments were retrospectively analyzed. Results The average surgical time was 46±18 minutes. The a- mount of bleeding was 45±20 ml.The average length of hospital stay was 6±2 days. None of the patients was found to have complications after the PBTER treatment. No urinary incontinence was found during postoperative follow-up. Conclusion Compared with conventional surgical treatment for BPH,the treatment of PBTER has better efficacy, with less injury and bleeding, shorter surgical time and length of hospital stay and fewer complications.
