摘要
目的构建和谐的医患关系,提高护理服务质量。方法加强护理人员素质教育,树立用心服务理念,抓住入、出院的关键环节,面对面了解需求,并制定个性化的护理服务计划,实施持续护理服务改进措施。结果护理服务满意度由原来的90.2%上升至97.3%,护理人员的自身形象优化,满足感得到提升,就诊推荐率提高。结论在住院患者中实施精品化护理服务,可促进医患和谐,起到双赢效果。
Objective To build up a harmonious physician--patient relationship, so as to improve nursing-service quality. Methods To enhance the quality education of nurses and to serve the patients whole-heartedly. Pay special attention to the admission and discharge and to know about the requirement of patients face to face;to carry out individualized nursing service and to seek improving method for constant nursing-service. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing-service increased from 90.2% to 97.3%. The image of the nurses was improved and the self-satisfactory feeling of nurses was upgraded. Conclusion Practice of high-quality nursing service and improve the harmonious physician-patient relationship in inpatients,which can lead to a double-win result.
