摘要
钱塘江水质预警预报系统研究是基于流场和水质模型及地理信息系统理论为依据。在Visualstudio.net 2005环境下,采用Mapinfo控件MapX和C#.net进行2次开发。介绍了系统流程图、数据库设计、模型层以及系统界面层。该水质预警预报系统可实现污染物迁移扩散的常规预报和污染物突发事件的模拟,实现了模拟结果在系统中的实时动态可视化,为河流水环境管理和决策提供科学依据。
The study of water quality pre- warning and forecasting system in the Qiantang River is on the basis of the flow filed and water quality model as well as geographic information system (GIS). This system is second developed by Mapinfo MapX and C # . net under the situation of Visual studio, net 2005. The design of flow chart, data-base, model as well as system interface is introduced in the paper. This system is used to do the conventional pollutants forecasting and simulate the unexpected pollutants incidents. The simulation results can be visualized in read - time and will provide a scientific basis for decision - making.
