钒钛磁铁矿烧结中配加脱硫渣试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 由于脱硫渣中的FeO、S、P、Al2O3、MgO等含量高,其在烧结过程中氧化放热,对其固-液反应作用明显,对烧结经济指标影响显著。为了对废弃资源的再生利用,达到节能降耗的目的,研究采取脱硫渣代替部分高品位粉矿,掌握炼钢脱硫渣在钒钛磁铁矿中烧结的性能,对实现资源的可持续发展和降低烧结吨矿成本具有深远的意义。 On account of high content of FeO, S, P, A12 03, MgO in the desulfurized slag, they can be oxidated and give out heat. It can distinctly affect liquid - solid reaction and sintering economy index. For regenerating and utilizing waste resource, achieving energy saved and consumption reduced, we have studied desulfurized slag instead of a part of high - grade fine ore. Mastering the sintering performance of steel - making desulfurized slag in vanadic - fitanomagnetite will be significant to realize continual development of resource and reducing sintering unit cost.
