攀钢四号高炉溜槽磨穿后炉况变化及操作优化

摘要 对攀钢4#高炉布料溜槽磨穿后炉况的变化和操作优化进行了总结。根据炉况的变化,以及通过炉顶红外成像仪对布料轨迹的观察,判断攀纲4#高炉布料溜槽磨穿后,采取了抑制边缘、缩小矿批、稳定操作制度、加强炉前工作管理等措施,稳定了高炉顺行。 Furnace condition variation and operation optimization of No. 4 BF at Pansteel after the wear-out of chute feeder are overviewed in this paper. Based on furnace condition variation and charge distribution track screened by top infra-ray thermal image system, the wear-out of chute feeder of No. 4 BF was judged. A series of measures were taken to stabilize furnace operation, including inhibiting peripheral gas steam, reducing batch of ore, stabilizing operation system, enhancing management of casthouse operation, etc.
